Sehr gelungen. Und auf dem schwarzen Hintergrund aus Samt, den ich vorher angebracht habe, wirkt das Schwert noch edler. Für den Schaukampf natürlich nicht geeignet. Und mal ehrlich.... es wäre auch viel zu schade dafür.Ich habe mir damit sowas wie einen Kindheitstraum erfüllt, denn diese Klinge hat mich, seit ich "Herr der Ringe" zum ersten Mal gelesen habe, schon immer fasziniert. Und das ist jetzt immerhin knapp 35 Jahre her!Gefällt mir sehr gut !!!

Ich war am Anfang etwas Skeptisch bei dem Kauf und auch wie der Versand sein würde. Bin aber positiv überrascht. Das Schwert kommt in neutraler heller Verpackung und liegt in Styroporform, passieren kann da nicht viel. Sicherlich macht die Verpackung von UC mehr her, aber mir geht es um den Inhalt. Amazon verschickte das Schwert mit UPS, wohl wergen der Größe (Die Umverpackung war Riesig). Das Schwert sieht super aus, schmunzeln musste ich beim kleinen "Made in China" Aufkleber auf der Klinge. Was ich gehört habe ist das es anders hergestellt wird als das teurere UC, aber ich will damit ja nicht Sauron entgegentreten, hab den Funktionsvergleich deshalb nie verstanden. Das ist ein Dekoschwert für die Wand, nix anderes. Einmal damit zugehauen und das Schwert bricht garantiert an der Parierstange, geschweige von unschönen Schäden an der Klinge, oder der Wand.Das Wanddisplay ist sehr wertig. Aus massiven Metal in Elbenstyle mit Samthintergrund, die Rückseite ist auch Samt (oder was ähnliches) und hat zwei Ösen für die Befestigung. Die Befestigung hat mir auch etwas Sorge bereitet, da man das Display nur in Schrauben in der Wand einhängt. Man muss schon etwas fummeln damit das ganze Display sauber auf der Wand anliegt und stabil ist. Desweiteren legt man das Schwert dann auf zwei Metallhalter mit übergezogenem Gummi. Auch darum sollte das Display ganz auf der Wand liegen. Wenn es das nicht tut reicht etwas Druck auf das Schwert oder Display damit es von der Halterung springt. Die zwei Metallhalter könnten da mehr Profil vertragen (oder eine Sicherungsmöglichkeit).

Dieses Schwert ist einfach ein Augenschmaus. Ich Liebe es (mein erstes Schwert)! ich werde mir jetzt dank diesem Schwert eine Ganze Sammlung zulegen, und werde auch gerne wieder bei Elbenwald kaufen da der Service, die Lieferung und die Verpackung einwandfrei waren. Keine Beschädigung und persönlich gefällt mir die Metallwandhalterung besser als die aus Holz von UC. Freu mich schon das Ding in der Weißen Scheide zu sehen !!!
